My name is Ron Porter and I am married and the father of two sons 13 & 8. I am currently in my 12th year of teaching, as a Social Studies teacher at Susquehanna Township High School in Harrisburg, PA.
Things you need to know about me? I was born and raised in the state of California, and I moved to Harrisburg, PA in 1994, after attending Lincoln University in PA from 1988-1992. I love Sci-Fi movies and television shows and I am an avid reader of fantasy and science fiction novels. I have been a fan of the NFL and the RAMS since age 7.
I am currently working on my master’s degree towards education administration. I attend Wilkes University graduate school, and I have two classes, plus my internship to go to finish up. It has been a long, but satisfying road.
